Base pay range

$15.00 / hr - $24.40 / hr

Responsibilities

• Provides overnight support for assigned team to include receiving and preparing product and maintaining the floor, displays, and back stock in accordance with company standards.
• Ensures a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.
• Performs duties in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures.
• Performs duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions as needed.
• Supports WFM core values and goals, promotes programs and initiatives, and adheres to health and safety regulations including food safety and regulatory duties.
• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards; stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food preparation areas; maintains back stock in good order.
• Handles DC and UNFI invoices for product delivered outside store receiving hours.
• Checks-in product and reports miss-picks to team leadership.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock spaces; assists in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Arrives on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; completes scheduled shifts and required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner; models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows and ensures compliance with procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; keeps equipment in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.

The wage range for this position is $15.00-$24.40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
