House Supervisor - Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

This job provides administrative / clinical support to facilitate the delivery of patient care based on the nursing process. Assists in the monitoring of quality care by ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Education

Required - Registered Nurse diploma.

Preferred - Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing.

Work Experience

Required - 3 of years acute care experience.

Preferred - Critical care or charge nurse experience.

Certifications

Required - Current RN License in the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred - ACLS and CCRN.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move throughout the department, the hospital, and between off-campus sites.
