Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, financial forecasts, and fiscal reportsProvide expert recommendations to leadership on financial strategies and resource allocationOversee and review complex financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processesDevelop, implement, and maintain fiscal and administrative policies and proceduresMentor and provide guidance to junior staff and analysts on best practicesCollaborate with department heads and executives to support strategic planning and decision-makingEnsure compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations during audits and reviewsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills#LI-TM7
