ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Representative for Bryan J Snyder State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and insurance solutions. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Insurance licenses are not required to apply but preferred. We are willing to train and assist you in obtaining your licenses.
