Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within foodservice. Drive non-commercial foodservice revenue growth and increase market share within the assigned territory. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Prospect and bring on new national account business with GPOs such as Sodexo, Aramark, Premier, Compass and others. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
