Claims Legal Paralegal

A company is looking for a Claims Legal Paralegal to assist the Claims Legal team with paralegal and administrative support for litigated and non-litigated matters.

Key Responsibilities

Review and distribute legal documents related to claims

Assist with responses to consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries

Manage the Company's subpoena response process and service of process procedures

Required Qualifications

Paralegal certificate

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience with insurance defense or insurance-related litigation

Understanding of proper service of process and experience with tort and breach of contract litigation

Proficient in Microsoft 365
