As a Mortgage Servicing Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing people's lives while expanding your understanding of Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage policies and procedures.

Available Mortgage Servicing Roles :
Full-time positions (30 - 40 hours per week)
Shifts : 10 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm ET in Indianapolis, IN (may vary based on customer demands)
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to various inquiries through calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures.
Utilize your mortgage servicing knowledge to navigate a knowledge database, effectively addressing client requests.
Adhere to standard operating procedures across multiple topics, systems, and contact channels.
Document all interactions in a database accurately.
Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures to provide accurate information.
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate :
Ability to navigate various computer systems and applications to obtain information for clients.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including professional telephone etiquette.
Keyboard proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED certificate.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing roles (e.g., loan servicing specialist, loss mitigation specialist).
At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service capacity.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes credit and background checks.
Willingness to work an 8-hour shift (including a 30-minute lunch break), Monday - Friday, as needed by the business.
Desired Qualifications :
Knowledge or experience with FHA processes.
Experience in a Contact Center environment using Omnichannel communication.
