Job Summary :
As a Product Specialist at Robert Brogden Olathe Buick GMC, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of vehicles and providing excellent customer service to all our clients.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the auto industry and a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 per month
- Commission opportunities paid semi-monthly

Responsibilities :
- Introduce customers to our wide range of vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales goals and achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Attend sales meetings and trainings as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license
