Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high performance and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with business goals and objectives
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of regional managers and staff to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

  • In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in property management software and Google Office Suite
