- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with business goals and objectives
- Oversee and manage all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of regional managers and staff to ensure high performance and professional development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
