Qualifications

• Applicants should have prior experience in patent prosecution, with an aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus.
• Applicant must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Prefer education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking.
• Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
