About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine clinic in Ocala, FL. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting and wants a supportive, team-oriented environment with strong work-life balance.

What You'll Do

Provide patient-centered nursing care in a Family Medicine clinic setting

Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered

Support providers with procedures, care coordination, and patient education

Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Assist with triage, patient calls, and follow-up as needed

Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Florida

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Previous outpatient, family medicine, or primary care experience a plus

Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient education and support

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
