The GW PMO Team drives WEBTOON’s global growth, with a strategic focus on expanding in the U.S. market. We identify key levers to enhance business performance, uncover actionable insights, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable results. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, we oversee projects from strategy development through execution. By leveraging market and user data, we optimize operations, monitor performance, and shape new strategic opportunities. As a Strategy PM, you will collaborate closely with international teams and partners to help WEBTOON scale its next stage of growth.

Essential Duties :

• Develop and manage mid- to long-term roadmaps to strengthen WEBTOON’s English-language service and expand its presence in the U.S. market
• Plan and execute strategic projects that accelerate the growth of WEBTOON’s English-language business
• Conduct market research and data analysis to drive business modeling and strategic recommendations
