As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the marketing and purchasing process.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and preferences
- Assist sellers in marketing their properties and attract potential buyers
- Help buyers find and purchase properties that suit their needs and budget
- Negotiate and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction
- Stay updated on market trends, real estate laws, and best practices in the industry
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
