Job Title : Global Payroll Analyst
Position Type : Hybrid (3 days in office per week)
Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across multiple international regions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while navigating diverse regulatory environments. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, deep global payroll knowledge, and cultural awareness to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing : Execute full-cycle payroll for multiple countries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, internal policies, and data privacy standards.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with external payroll providers, auditors, and benefits administrators to maintain high-quality service and compliance.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate payroll records, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare payroll reports, metrics, and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows, enhance automation, and strengthen internal controls.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure data accuracy and policy alignment.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and tax compliance.Proficiency with payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple time zones.Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.High accuracy and attention to detail.Education & Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related fieldMaster’s degree or certifications (CPP, GPA, IPP)Payroll Experience
3–5 years minimum; experience in payroll processing
2+ years in global or multi-country payroll
Understanding of payroll compliance & tax regulationsExperience with payroll and HRIS systemsCertifications (preferred)
International payroll certifications (GPMI, CIPP, IPP)
