TITLE : Customer Solutions Engineer

LOCATION : Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (on-site 5 days per week)

ANTICIPATED DURATION : 6-month contract starting at the beginning of 2026

NOTE : I am not able to work on a C2C basis or provide a visa transfer or sponsorship.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, can you achieve the status of a trusted technical advisor? status with your customers because of your deep consultancy and advanced solutions. You source and solve vertical, cluster, and regional-scale customer challenges with an eye on solution re-use and scaling. You help your peers succeed via mentorship, solution review, creating opportunities, and support. You drive cross-functional efforts with more than just coding (alignment, vision, messaging). (e.g., JTP drive, culture crew, training). You successfully manage executive-level stakeholder interactions.

Customer Solutions Engineer Responsibilities :

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :

• Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, educate partners, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
• Communicate pre-migration assessment, flag detected errors, and migration-related issues.
• Work with Business Development, Product Managers, and Partner Operations Managers to upgrade top clients' integration and make tool requests required to improve processes and performance.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $94.59 to $110.64 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
