Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills to manage staff, maintain quality, and meet financial goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supervising and training staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
- Managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and address any issues promptly.
- Monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, and managing cash flow to ensure profitability.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Representing the restaurant in community events and promotional activities.
Qualifications :
