NetSuite Support Consultant

A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Consultant to provide expert support and guidance to clients using NetSuite ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client NetSuite support inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues within NetSuite ERP and related modules

Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices, maintaining detailed records in the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

2+ years of NetSuite support experience

BS degree, preferably in business, accounting, or IT related field

Accounting or financial systems background required

Expertise with approval workflows, electronic payments, and Fixed Assets preferred

Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting & distribution modules preferred
