Top must haves :

Candidates should have actual experience with SQL, 3+ years and queries created by them and not by dev.
min. 2 years testing experience
only backend validation

Financial services background is a plus

Team - Risk decision team (credit line increases, rate line increase, etc. consumer or business accounts)
