Clerical - Office Support
Position : Unit Secretary
Location : Oak Bluffs, MA
Schedule : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (40 hours per week)
Job Description :
Receive process and schedule patients.
Prepare paperwork, file, enter orders
Schedule patients into EPIC
Track unread exams
Verify pre-authorizations for MRI, CT, and other modalities as necessary.
Qualifications :
High school Diploma (prefer more advanced degree)
Medical terminology
Three years experience in medical office / hospital environment required
Strong computer skills required
Familiar with radiology terminology and modalities strongly preferred.
Knowledge of EPIC programs strongly preferred.
