STATUS : PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Operations Team Member will be responsible for a variety of duties dependent upon the need for the day, while providing participants, members and / or guests an excellent experience in every aspect. A flexible schedule is a must for this position. 10-20 hours per week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :
- Setup tables and chairs in accordance to floorplans
- Assist with vacuuming, and cleaning when needed
- Work various events in roles including server, busser, bartender, concessions worker
- Maintain and control trash during events and after events
- Assist with stocking bars and concessions when needed
- Consistently communicate issues and relevant updates to your supervisor and applicable Team members
- Assist with scanning tickets, running cash register
- Greet guests and provide answers and directions as needed
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
- Be knowledgeable about prices, products, and events
- Report all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations to General Manager
- Know and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rules
- Other duties as assigned

2-4 years of experience in the events fieldStrong eye for detail and safety complianceProven success in being a quality team memberExperience and success in customer serviceAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
