Is a technical / research oriented role and possesses telecom equipment programming skills. Responsible for moderately complex engineering, design and / or analytical activities associated with one or more technical areas.
- Responsible for clearly understanding carrier and vendor offerings. Performs technology research function.Job Complexity Requires in-depth knowledge and experience Solves complex problems;
