Job Highlights :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday (Day Shift)
• 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
• 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm
• Compensation : $17.45 / hour
• Schedule : Monday-Friday (Mid shift)
• 10 : 00am - 6 : 30pm
• 11 : 30am - 8 : 00pm
• Compensation : $19 / hour
• Weekends Off

Your Role : As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting patients, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure smooth and compassionate healthcare experiences.

Your duties will include :

• Reaching out to insurance providers for verification of coverage.
• Responsively addressing calls and claims from patients, physicians, and pharmacies.
• Resolving patient issues and concerns to ensure uninterrupted access to care.
• Accurately entering data to maintain comprehensive records.

Your Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, benefits, or related fields is required.
• Experience in the healthcare environment, particularly with third-party benefits verification (e.g., CVS Caremark, Aetna, Allegheny Health Network, UPMC), is a valuable asset.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
