Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives within a subset of a field discipline that aligns with claims strategic direction and supports strategic goals. The TCL manages a subset of the operations of a team within a market claim office (MCO), typically with an excess of 125 employees, including leading, training, inspiring, engaging and motivating leaders and employees in one or more business segments with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer centricity.

• We are seeking an experiencedAuto Field Managerwith a strong background in leading teams and expertise in auto physical damage assessments. The ideal candidate will reside within 40 minutes south of Washington, D.C.

This position supportseight Field Claim Representatives (FCRs)and requires regular field presence. The ideal candidate will bring : Insurance industry experience, particularly in auto claims. Technical expertisein auto repairs and damage evaluations. Proficiency with CCC estimating systems. Strong analytical skills, with working knowledge ofExcel, Tableau, and Power BI. Excellent time managementand organizational abilities. A passion formentoring and developing others.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $ 76,200.00 - $ 126,410.00 Annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors. including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay, (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
