We're Hiring : Traffic Enforcement Field Technician!
We are seeking a Field Service Technicians (FSTs). Technicians will install, operate, and maintain speed and red-light camera systems throughout the county. This role involves daily fieldwork and driving, with technicians dispatched from our Gaithersburg-based office.

Work Schedule :
- Morning Shift : 4 : 30 AM start
- Afternoon Shift : 12 : 00 PM start
What You'll Do :
Install and maintain automated traffic enforcement cameras and equipment.Set up, monitor, and shut down camera systems daily in accordance with company protocols.Troubleshoot technical issues using electrical and networking tools.Document and log all field activities accurately.Drive a company-owned vehicle to various sites throughout Montgomery County.Work safely in outdoor environments and comply with all traffic and worksite safety procedures.Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening .1–2 years of field service, electronics, or mechanical experience preferred.Willingness to work early morning or afternoon shifts as assigned.Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions.Tools & Equipment Used :
Electrical Testing Tools : MultimetersNetworking Tools : Cable testersDigital Equipment : Laptops to manage camera systemsHand Tools : Wire crimpers, strippers, and basic repair toolsLadders / Bucket Vans : May be used occasionally depending on the taskPhysical Requirements :
Regular lifting of batteries and equipment weighing up to 70 lbs.Climbing ladders or working at elevated heights as needed.Frequent driving and outdoor activity during the workday.Safety Guidelines :
