Bartender

We're opening an exciting new Italian–Mediterranean restaurant on Miami Beach and looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Bartenders to join our opening team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment / utensils and restocking supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
