Director Human Resources
Critical Access hospital looking to bring on Director Human Resources. Will oversee all HR functions, staffing, onboarding and orientation, compensation and health benefits for about 300 employees.
Direct reports will be 1 HR Generalist and 1 Educator / Recruiter. Reports to the CEO.
Degreed in HR or a similar background.
At least 2+ years in a hospital setting HR leadership role.
Knowledge of all federal, state and local registration relating to Human Resources.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
