Business Operations Program Manager
We're looking for a motivated Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Execution and Performance Team. This role focuses on business and data analytics, tracking performance against targets, and delivering insights to drive Surface growth. The candidate will also identify efficiencies through tooling and automation to boost productivity. Success requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to influence decisions through data and storytelling.
Responsibilities :
- Building data analytics capabilities to clearly articulate the health of the Surface business and opportunities for growth. Use data to track success, conduct analysis and identify and scope new program opportunities and enhancements.
- Turn data into decisions with AI and spearhead collaborative programs that enhance Surface business outcomes.
- Communicate program strategies and impact using storytelling and data visualization to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead multiple projects, managing timelines, milestones, and financial outcomes.
- Monitor program health using dashboards and cutting edge technologies to highlight risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.
- Drive operational excellence through process design, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.OR equivalent experience.Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies with demonstrated skill in utilizing AI-driven tools to improve performance.Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Other Requirements :
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications :
Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.Solid capability in verbal and written communications skills.Demonstrated analytical and critical judgment skills to assess risks, scrutinize details, and solve complex problems combined with business acumen to analyze business operations and financial health.Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to build data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from data to support business planning and strategies.Detail-oriented with the ability to verify the accuracy and completeness of information.Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
