Compensation : Generous package! Salary 120-170k base + bonus + incredible RSU / stock package. Total package $300-500k! (Depending on experience).

Great opportunity to work for an industry leading semiconductor company! We are looking for an experienced and creative RTL IC Design Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance integrated circuit (IC) designs.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectures, selecting components, and ensuring the design meets the specifications.
You will also be responsible for optimizing timing, power, and area of the design.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RTL, Verilog, DRAM, Synthesis, and Timing Closure. Knowledge of System Verilog, DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4, lpddr5, Design Compiler, Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, Perl, TCL, Timing Analysis, Power Analysis, Formal Verification, Design For Test, DFT, Physical Design is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities for the RTL IC Design Engineer include :
- Define IC architectures, develop models, and select components.
- Ensure the design meets the specifications.
- Optimize and analyze Timing, Power, and Area of the design.
- Define testing strategies and assess the design for testability.
- Implement functional and timing simulations.
- Implement and debug the RTL implementations.
- Identify and debug design issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with other design teams.
Essential Skills
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- BS plus 10+ years of experience or MS MS plus 8+ yrs
- Strong proficiency in developing RTL IC designs
- Strong Verilog
- Synthesis, and Timing Closure.

- DRAM(e.g. DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4, LPDDR5)
- DFT Tools
- Physical Design Tools
