About The Role
The Global Strategic Cloud Partner Manager will own and accelerate Algolia's global partnerships with AWS and Microsoft Azure, driving revenue through co-sell, marketplace, and cloud ecosystem programs. This role is responsible for building deep, strategic relationships across hyperscaler partner teams, enabling field engagement, and ensuring Algolia is fully optimized within AWS and Azure partner motions. The manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape joint value propositions and ensure our cloud GTM strategy aligns with corporate priorities.
This role is ideal for an experienced alliances leader who has hands-on experience with cloud co-sell programs, marketplace listings, and partner incentives. The successful candidate will be a cross-functional connector, capable of influencing without authority and activating cloud field sellers to generate pipeline and revenue. As cloud partnerships continue to accelerate Algolia's growth, this role plays a critical part in expanding our presence across AWS and Azure while strengthening our position as the leading AI Search and Discovery platform.

The annual total cash compensation range (base salary and commission) for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
Remote US : On-Target Earnings Pay Range
$229,500 - $250,000 USD
