As a SAP Testing Lead - Manager, you'll be at the forefront of planning and executing testing cycles for large SAP implementations. Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are thoroughly tested. Your main responsibilities include developing test scenarios and cases that adhere to our defined testing strategy, managing various testing cycles such as functional unit testing and user acceptance testing, and working with business and technical teams to evaluate and implement effective solutions.

Your Role Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage workstream delivery, ensuring processes and solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Track project status and deliverable completion to align with performance objectives.
  • Engage actively in client working sessions, driving initiatives from planning through execution and closure.

  • Strong analytical skills for developing solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proven capability in managing engagement costs and resource planning.
  • Experience in leading teams and effectively managing change.
  • Ability to identify service opportunities and guide specific RFP responses.
  • Expertise in defining testing strategy and ensuring quality assurance across complex projects.
  • Proficient in driving test design, preparation, and execution within tight deadlines.

    • To Qualify for This Role, You Should Have :

  • A bachelor's degree (4-year degree) is required.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role with large SAP implementations.
  • Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
  • Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical skills and functional design application.
  • Proficient in defining, analyzing, and mapping business requirements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-60% to meet client needs.

    • Ideally, You Should Also Have :

  • Experience in managing client expectations and relationships.
  • A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
