Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage staff, handle customer relations, and ensure the smooth running of all restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supervising and managing a team of restaurant staff, including food and beverage service, kitchen, and front-of-house personnel.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and service excellence.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs.
- Handling customer service issues and resolving complaints promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
