Your Role :

As a Tax Office Associate Team Leader , you will play a crucial role in supporting a retail office during the bustling tax season, aiming to surpass client expectations while providing daily operational direction. You will start on a flexible part-time schedule in early December and transition to full-time from January through April.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader and serve as the primary contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring high-quality service execution that promotes H&R Block's value.
• Hold tax office associates accountable for client service standards while reporting to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary.
• Act as the point of contact for escalated client service issues.
• Oversee client scheduling and conflict resolution, escalating to higher management when needed.
• Lead by example from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging clients to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Direct daily operations to guarantee all office associates are scheduled effectively, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and overall goals.
• Facilitate daily meetings and communicate important information to office associates.
