Business Development And Communications Manager
The Business Development And Communications Manager is a dynamic, highly skilled professional responsible for supporting revenue growth, communications, sponsorship activation, and brand presence for LAEC. This individual will manage internal and external communications, oversee sponsor, partner and event promoter deliverables, and coordinate business development initiatives in alignment with LAEC's strategic goals. They will also support creative and digital production to ensure consistency across public-facing materials, special events, and venue messaging. This role is an essential on-site partner to the Executive Director, Business Development & Communications ensuring that business initiatives, community relations, sponsor obligations, event promoter relationships and communications projects are executed seamlessly and on schedule.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Business preferred; equivalent experience accepted.35 years of experience in communications, marketing, or business development.Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.Strong design sense and comfort with digital tools.Demonstrated success in project management, events, or partnership coordination.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Familiarity with venue operations, sponsorships, or hospitality is highly valued.Additional Information
