Job Details

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services

Lead and manage a team of six associates with coaching and performance oversight

Develop and manage budgets and financial reporting to meet NOI targets

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and internal policies

Drive leasing performance and occupancy through strategic marketing

Maintain property standards through inspections and service coordination

Implement resident retention programs and resolve escalated concerns

Qualifications :

Associates Degree preferred

2+ years of property management experience

Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and lease administration
