Accounting Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkepper to join our team.  You will perform all aspects of the accounting process including payroll using Microsoft Dynamics 365-Business Central. General ledgers, cash balance, invoicing & receivables as well as process inventory receipts, purchase orders and accounts payable Invoice management. Month end balancing of all GL accounts to the financial. You will be required to work fluidly on all sides of the account equation, AR, AP, Balance sheet as well as assist in preparation of weekly cash liquidity reports and monthly financial reports and documentation.

There will be a heavy focus on weekly balancing of AR & AP with outside Customers & Vendors as well as our internal managers. Working with our purchasing team to ensure proper balancing with prices, inventory item management, vendor data and a simultaneous closing of inventory and accounts payable.

Hourly / Salary rate will be dependent on experience and abilities.

Experience Required

The right candidate will possess good analytical skills, Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, Income statement and balance sheet management, and have a strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and train others on the team. Must be able to multitask with weekly and monthly hard deadlines as well as maintain a confidential work environment.
