MEDIA SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Part-Time Position
5 Star Media Group in Clarksville is looking for a Media Support Specialist to support advertising, online news, and broadcast operations.
This role will assist with custom sales deck creation, managing ad schedules, digital / social initiatives, online news, and station website support as well as fulfilling other clerical needs for the 5 Star team.
This position will be working in-person in the Clarksville office. The candidate will work with all of the local management team and report directly to Operations Manager, Ryan Ploeckelman.
Typical duties will include :
- Assisting management with daily priorities regarding advertisers, content, and current initiatives.
- Compiling metrics for advertising results presentations.
- Creating digital spec ads for presentations.
- With provided necessary content, enhancing multi-media sales decks for presentations.
- Occasionally, covering front reception area and providing necessary coverage for other support team members.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms.
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies.
- Teamwork skills for effective work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
