Overnight Awake Shift Worker (Full-Time) - Fall River, MA
We are seeking an Overnight Awake Shift Worker to work in Fall River, MA in a 9-bed, group home for boys (ages 13-17) involved with Department of Children & Families (DCF).
What you will receive
- $22.00 per hour;
- In ADDITION to the $22 per hour wage, this full-time position qualifies for A $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)

What you bring
- A high school degree or equivalent;
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid state driver's license; and legally registered and insured car for work use.
- Ability to work a varied schedule (11pm-7am) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
What you will do
Supervise up to 9 boys (ages 13-17) and assist them in meeting their treatment plan goals. Provide behavioral support and informal counseling, be a positive role model for the young men;
assists the boys to perform daily life skills activities; provide overall safety and structure within the home. Must remain awake and alert throughout shift.
