Home Care PCA Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a Scheduling Coordinator for a reputable, mission-driven Home Care agency. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in connecting Personal Care Aides (PCAs) with the patients who rely on them—helping to deliver high-quality, compassionate care right in their homes.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, caregivers, and staff
- Coordinate and manage PCA schedules to ensure timely coverage
- Adjust and troubleshoot case assignments in real time
- Maintain accurate system records of visits and scheduling updates
- Collaborate closely with HR and Intake teams for smooth operations
Qualifications :
Prior customer service experience (healthcare or home care scheduling strongly preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsTeam-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentCantonese or Mandarin language skills a plusBenefits :
