Job Opportunity
The clerical position supports the department with correspondence, quality assurance, and return mail. Responsibilities include research and responding to CRMs, assistance with research and basic reporting requests, return mail updates, emails, and work queues, along with quality assurance review of recorded calls. The caregiver leverages a broad understanding of account handling processes and the Revenue Service Center to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure patient as well as internal customer satisfaction. This is a remote position to local applicants in the Denver Metro area. Please note that a video interview through Microsoft Teams will be required as well as potential onsite interviews and meetings. Schedule - Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00 pm MT.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $18.81 - $23.22
