What will you be doing?
Serving as a practice leader and primary client contact, you will work closely with our clients to provide eDiscovery support leveraging a broad range of technologies and industry‑leading best practices to uncover and manage data‑based evidence and intelligence across a variety of contentious legal and regulatory situations. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the engagement quality and success.
You will assist our clients in confronting and resolving legal matters by providing eDiscovery litigation support on a variety of projects including domestic and cross‑border disputes, internal and public investigations, and a variety of other matter types. By establishing consultative relationships with our clients, you will guide them toward best practices in meeting their eDiscovery support needs.

An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & MARSAL. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy‑two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
The salary range is $130,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on several factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
