Job description
Part-time DO / MD for Skilled Nursing Facility / Limited Term Care FacilityPalmyra, PA and Campbell Town, PA- Only 7 miles between each building- Board Certified / Eligible in IM, FP or GER- Hours : , 1-2 days a week- Pay $120 / hr. all-inclusive rate- Call not required but can be requested if MD prefers and has availability- Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.- Responsible for Admissions and Re-certifications- Serve in a support role for Nurse Practitioner for chronic patients- Nurse Practitioner pre-rounds and documents full H&P- Expect 20-25 patients between two sites- PA Medical License required- DEA required- Clean background for expedited credentialing- Start is ASAP pending credentialing
