Your Mission
- Build Customer Journeys : You develop and optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys for our existing customers from welcome to upsell
- Utilize Tool Landscape : You build targeted journeys, trigger emails, reactivation campaigns, and pop-ups for specific customer segments using certain tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Automate Feature Communication : You set triggers for features that are not yet used and plan scalable email and in-app communication
- Evaluate & Optimize Campaigns : You track KPIs like adoption rate, NPS, feature usage, and respond data-based with further measures
- Define Segment Logic & Triggers : You work closely with data, growth, and success to build relevant segmentations, personas, and triggers
