Regional Property Manager - Multifamily

We’re currently seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties totaling 2500+ units in the Southeast, primarily in Greenville, SC, and metro Atlanta.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced regional manager who’s passionate about driving growth and managing diverse portfolios. With a focus on expansion and new deals, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive team and a strategic growth plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 2500+ units across multiple properties
• Lead and support property management teams in multiple locations
• Manage financials, including budgets, NOI, and variance reports
• Implement strategic growth initiatives and new deal integrations
• Ensure compliance with third-party management agreements
