BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for generating CRE business and deposit growth by developing new business relationships, maintaining and expanding existing relationships, and marketing commercial real estate loans and other products and / or related services.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Establishes, maintains, and develops CRE business and deposits with customers and potential customers to meet department loan closing goals, while achieving maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services. 2. Makes telephone and personal calls and presentations to customers and potential customers. 3. Attends to the needs of commercial real estate clients seeking loans. Analyzes the customer needs and interests. 4. Verifies that potential loans conform to policy. Ensures that necessary documentation is completed and requests additional data as needed. Confers with superiors on difficult or sensitive issues. 5. Assists with underwriting new loans and modifications as needed. 6. Expedites the resolution of customer problems / complaints. 7. Monitors quality of existing accounts. 8. Ensures strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and applications and related services. 9. Keeps abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, and competitive activities. 10. Works collaboratively across Bank divisionsto manage existing and prospective customers, and to crosssell Bank products and services. 11. Performs other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : College Degree or education (or a combination of education and experience) equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years commercial real estate origination experience required. Excellent verbal / written communication skills. Good organizational and sales skills to facilitate and cultivate all leads. Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate loan product lines. Basic knowledge of commercial real estate underwriting requirements and procedures required. Goal oriented individual – displaying self-motivation and initiative. Excellent teamwork skills required. Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software required. Superior customer service skills required.
Benefits
Salary Range $128,123-$202,475 annually
