Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist to support our operations, marketing, and quality teams in the midstream oil and gas sector. This role combines organization, communication, and technical expertise — helping keep projects, proposals, and documentation running smoothly.
What You’ll Do :
- Prepare, edit, and format professional reports, proposals, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Support project execution, scheduling, and document control for both corporate and field operations.
- Assist with marketing and business development materials — capability statements, project resumes, and client presentations.
- Maintain QA / QC documentation and tracking systems to support compliance and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years of administrative experience in oil & gas or a related technical industry.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of QA / QC documentation or proposal development is a plus.If you’re a motivated professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and supporting high-impact projects, we’d love to hear from you.
