Product Manager
This position is remote within the United States. We are looking for a product manager to lead the Dentalplans.com website, seek out and lead integrations with our Henry Schein One partner companies and manage ongoing improvements to our CRM platform. This role will serve as the bridge between the business and technology teams as well as broker relationships within the global joint venture to seek out and drive new product integrations. We are looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed product manager who has an entrepreneurial mindset, is passionate about frictionless web experiences and fanatical about details and timelines.

What You Will Do
- Partner with internal and external teams to understand the Dentalplans.com offerings and partnership opportunities
- Continuously improve the customer experience on the Dentalplans.com website
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through qualitative and quantitative methods, including customer interviews, market research, and data analysis
- Analyze and brainstorm with teams to understand areas of opportunity and customer needs
- Break down high-level features into actionable requirements, use cases and workflows
- Work internally and with the larger organization to develop the product roadmaps and prioritize features
- Identify and utilize data driven KPI's to drive product and feature adoption
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and constraints while focusing on regular and timely delivery of milestones
- Assign, track, and follow-up on various tasks while holding project status meetings across several concurrent projects and distributing progress reports
- Support project sponsors in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Own site and features through the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to release
- Work with the design team and technology teams to ensure feature delivery matches strategy

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, marketing, finance, or related field preferred2+ years' experience delivering enterprise products and solutions, specifically in the e-commerce spaceDomain understanding of insurance, healthcare or dental spaceExperience with Call Center operations and CRM toolsCurrent on industry standards and best practices for web content development, SEO, email and social media campaign management, and social media marketingExcellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence leadership, peers, and partnersDemonstrated ability to develop a business strategy in conjunction with senior leadershipThe posted range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
