Location : Remote (Mainz) Hours : 20 hours / week Start : immediately

Are you communicative, curious, and eager to gain your first insights into Sales / Customer Operations?

Then become part of our team and support us as a working student (m / f / d) in Sales / Customer Operations!

Together, we work on identifying and qualifying new customer contacts, giving you the opportunity to actively help shape our sales processes.

Your Tasks :

• Supporting the Sales and Customer Operations team in day-to-day activities
• Maintaining and updating customer data in our CRM system
• Assisting in the preparation of offers, contracts, and presentations
• Communicating with customers via email and phone
• Supporting the analysis of sales metrics and preparing reports
• Contributing to the optimization of internal processes
