UX Designer role at Axel. We are building innovative AI-powered products for direct-to-consumer travel experiences.

Axel is the AI travel agent that helps people travel smarter, stress less, and save money. We track flights and hotels, reprice them if the price drops, and automatically get users refunds or credits through chat on WhatsApp. Our users have instant access to their personal travel guide, flight finder, and special hotel deals 24 / 7.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced UX designer to build and scale the features that will drive our new direct-to-consumer experience. Given the amount of back-and-forth in these early days, our team works in person in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on designing and scaling features for Axel’s direct-to-consumer experience.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive interfaces and workflows.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to end-to-end UX processes from discovery to delivery.
