Director of Growth Marketing

The Director of Growth Marketing leads the development and execution of comprehensive growth and acquisition marketing strategies to drive customer growth, revenue, and brand visibility for iA. This role combines expertise in performance marketing, user acquisition, B2B demand generation, digital marketing, MarTech stack management, and sales support, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. The Director manages a high-performing team and works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand & Comms, and the BDR team to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives. This position is based at our Indianapolis office and follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You'll Do :

  • Growth & Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, revenue, and brand visibility.
  • Identify key growth opportunities using market trends and customer insights.
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand & Comms, and the BDR team.
  • Performance Marketing, MarTech & Funnel Management
  • Oversee and influence all aspects of performance and digital marketing, including paid social media, demand generation, SEO / SEM, and campaign optimization.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gravity Forms) for automation, lead management, nurturing, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage the marketing funnel, including MQL criteria, pipeline forecasts, and conversion targets; work closely with the BDR team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
  • Sales Enablement & Customer Experience
  • Oversee development of sales messaging, presentations, RFP responses, and strategic marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Drive a partnership with sales to craft compelling stories and support expansion selling ("next sell") opportunities for existing customers.
  • Lead the creation of customer experience materials, amplifying and optimizing the customer journey to ensure satisfaction and a flawless experience.
  • Brand & Content Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Comms team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
  • Work together to identify high-performing content and topics for lead generation, nurture programs, and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand strategy and content programs to support growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage and mentor a growth marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to understand customer needs and bring products to market.

Who You Are :

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software / SaaS or pharmacy fulfillment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth and acquisition marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams and agency resources.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), Marketo, ZoomInfo, Gravity Forms, and marketing technology stacks.
  • Experience developing and managing marketing funnels, MQL criteria, pipeline forecasts, and conversion targets.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for performance metrics and iterative improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and BDR teams across long sales cycles and high average contract values.
  • Creative thinker, excellent listener, and strong project manager.
  • Compensation : The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $134,679 to $182,213, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
