Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Staffing
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist to to develop job descriptions, source and screen resumesConduct interviews and coordinate hiring processesCollaborate with department heads to understand hiring needsOnboarding and Offboarding
Organize orientation sessions for new hires and standardized paperwork and legal documentation workflowsProvide targeted training on onboarding systems (e.g., HRIS)Support market-level users with system troubleshooting and refreshersFacilitate smooth transitions when employees exit the organization and conduct exit interviews with employees who are exiting the organizationEmployee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes in a timely, respectful, and confidential mannerPromote a positive workplace environmentPerformance Management
Implement and manage performance review systemsWork with the People Operations department to set up feedback mechanisms and development plans based on feedbackTraining and Development
Partner with the Training department to assist in identifying skill gaps and training needsPromote career growth and succession planningAlign HR goals with organizational strategyDevelop and update HR policies and proceduresCompensation and Benefits
Partner with Director of Administration to oversee salary structures and benefits programsConduct market research to ensure competitive compensationCompliance and Legal
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulationsManage audits and policy updatesSupport diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiativesManage health programs and safety protocolsPromote workplace safety and mental well-beingHR Technology and Systems
Maintain HRIS (R365) in conjunction with the Payroll and Training departmentsMaintain ATS (R365 Hire) in partnership with Talent Acquisition SpecialistQualifications :
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR or an HR related fieldBachelors degree in HR or a related fieldProficient in Google Suite and Microsoft ExcelExcellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skillsA minimum of 2 years experience supervising othersThe ability to handle confidential information dailyYour Working Conditions / Hours :
Monday - Friday. Position averages 40 hours weeklyTravel required (estimated at 50%) for home office meetings, market visits, continuing education, conferences and eventsYour Physical Requirements :
